Yes! in fact, it's a great way for you to learn about exercise and fitness, as you'll have someone knowledgeable teaching you right from the start! Most of our new members come in as beginners.
Not if you don't want to! An important goal for us is that you're comfortable. That means if you prefer to workout outside, we'll set up a plan for you. We also provide online classes that can be done from the comfort of your home.
It all depends on you! We'll go at your pace to reach your goals. How fast we do that depends on the time and effort you put in! Each individual has a specific goal in mind. We will structure a program around it to help you achieve your goal. This will involve putting in work outside of the classes.
We have a variety of different classes:
Calisthenics - Bodyweight Exercises for building strength
Functional - This includes a wide range of exercises that involve using many different kinds of equipments. Very similar to Crossfit style of training.
Combat Conditioning - Fundamentals of Boxing and Muay Thai. High Intensity and a lot of fun.
CalFunc Juniors - Strength and Conditioning class for Kids from 5-18 years.
Parkour - Outdoor class. Lots of running, jumping and skill training.
Aerial Yoga/Silks - Hanging from Silks giving you the feeling of floating. A mix of acrobatics and Yoga
We will take you through an assessment process and provide you with the best option. Depending on the severity of the Injury, we will recommend a class suitable for you. Generally, there is always something you can do to work around the injury. Our trainers are experienced in working with injuries and are happy to substitute or scale the movements for you. Do not worry, we will take good care of you!
We have a bunch of options available other than our standard group classes:
1. OPEN BOX - This will allow you to use our facility & equipment outside of class hours.
2. PERSONAL TRAINING - 1 on 1 sessions with one of our trainers. This is the highest level of training you can receive from us. If you have specific goals or targets or just want to get to them quickly, this would be a good option for you.
3. ONLINE TRAINING - We provide group and personal training sessions on Zoom.
